"Talk about making dreams come true! We used the day of coordination services from Mahani Events for our wedding because we had already booked most of our vendors and many were in house, and Priyanna and her team were outstanding! The planning starts about a month before the actual wedding date. Priyanna met with me in person and thoroughly went through every detail (many which we had not even thought about) and formulated a comprehensive, day of timeline and supplies list. Her previous experience with wedding coordination was very helpful as she was able to provided us with pictures and ideas other clients had successfully used. Priyanna went above and beyond to communicate with myself and the other vendors and took a huge amount of stress off our plates. She is detailed oriented, prompt, incredibly helpful and most of all caring. She truly wanted to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams, which we did, and made sure everything ran smoothly to the point where when a small issue arose, we had no idea because she took care of it. Priyanna is more than a coordinator, she also became a friend throughout the process. My wedding party raved about her and was so happy she was there to help us with our day. We booked Priyanna to be our day​-of​-wedding coordinator and she went above and beyond in the months/weeks leading to the event to make sure we are prepared and on track. Priyanna was organized, thorough, and catered to our preferences - plus, she added little personalized touches throughout. She made some excellent recommendations along the way (e.g., group photos) and games to keep the guests entertained that we are so glad that we incorporated into our event. Mahani Events (Priyanna) is the only team you should work with when it comes to planning your wedding. I was certain I could handle the planning process all by myself until two months before our big day. I was in the middle of the planning process and had already booked our venue, florist, and minister. From my very first meeting with Priyanna, I felt so comfortable and knew I could trust her to execute our vision for our wedding day. I needed someone who understood my vision and would help me navigate the challenges of communicating with vendors.
I met with Priyanna several times during those two months leading up to our big day. Her availability was incredibly flexible as she was able to tour the venue, meet with vendors, and make phone calls for me when I was busy with work and study. During these two months, the caterer I had booked unexpectedly canceled on us. However, Priyanna displayed such amazing
professionalism and was able to find a perfect caterer for us that she skillfully selected while keeping us informed about the cost and details of this new vendor. While making a million decisions together, Priyanna kept it fun and always reminded me that keeping our style and vision incorporated was important for our day's success.
